A Little Sprinkling

ORIGINAL, UNIQUE WEARABLE ART

Today, with so many men and women working outside the home,

it is rare to find time to indulge your passions...like art!

A favorite quote on a Mary Engelbreit drawing gives me encouragement:

"You're never too old to be what you might have been."

Make time to enjoy what you truly love. I'm just beginning the journey.

Tonight, tonight...

Anyone remember that song? I never liked it, but as time goes on... Well, anyway, tonight I'm working on a few silk flowers with beads and copper and vintage Czech glass buttons. My niece is waiting for some bridal head pieces for her salon. This is my first attempt at creating hair accessories. It'll be more fun once I acquire more experience. Combs, hair pins, tiaras and headbands "out there" these days are gorgeous!!! Wish me luck. So far it's been fun.

Pleasant Dreams, Tonight.

Oh, by the way, the Wings lost tonight. Bummer! Hope they can hang in there for a few more games. GO, WINGS!!!
